2.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on hqwin. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of hqwin, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or play on the hqwin platform.

4.1 Deposits. hqwin accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or game.
4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. hqwin aims to process withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise stated. hqwin reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.
4.4 Third-Party Payments. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. hqwin does not accept payments from or to third-party accounts. Any attempt to use a third-party payment method may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
4.5 hqwin is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors, banks, or telecommunications providers beyond hqwin's reasonable control.
5.1 hqwin may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods vary by promotion and will be clearly disclosed.
5.3 hqwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
5.4 hqwin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if hqwin determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, collusion, or any form of fraudulent activity in connection with a promotion.
6.1 All games available on hqwin are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 hqwin uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. All RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, hqwin will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. hqwin's decision regarding the outcome of any disputed game round shall be final.
6.4 Bets placed and accepted by hqwin are final. hqwin reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hqwin platform:
hqwin reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to report such conduct to the relevant Philippine authorities where required by law.
8.1 All content on the hqwin platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of hqwin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the hqwin platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any hqwin content without prior written consent from hqwin.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hqwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hqwin platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 hqwin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hqwin platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hqwin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 hqwin does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hqwin makes no representations regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.
10.1 hqwin collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the hqwin platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 hqwin implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and hqwin cannot guarantee absolute security.

12.2 Upon termination of your account, any pending withdrawal requests for legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with hqwin's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding disputes.
12.3 You may close your hqwin account at any time by contacting hqwin's support team. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hqwin platform shall first be submitted to hqwin's customer support team for resolution. hqwin will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through hqwin's internal dispute resolution process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 hqwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, hqwin will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the hqwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the hqwin platform and may request account closure.
